Kelli Getz is an associate librarian and head of the Continuing and Electronic Resources Unit in the Collection Strategy and Acquisitions Program. In her role, Kelli provides leadership and operational management in a team-based environment for license negotiation, resource acquisition, access, and technical support of print serials and electronic resources.

The Continuing and Electronic Resources Unit serves the Libraries and University community by managing electronic resources and print serial lifecycles, including establishing trials, licensing, acquisition, activating electronic resources, knowledgebase management, and end-user support.

Kelli holds a B.A. in History from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and an M.L.S. from Indiana University - Bloomington.

As a member of the Resource Acquisition & Access unit, the Electronic Resource Associate works collaboratively to support the life-cycle of electronic scholarly resources with an emphasis on one-time purchases, including electronic book packages, datasets, and digital primary resource collections. Megan provides patron support for electronic resource issues and communicates with library vendors regarding one-time acquisitions, trial management, licensing, and product performance.

As a member of the Continuing and Electronic Resources unit, the Electronic Resource Associate works collaboratively to support the life-cycle of electronic scholarly resources with an emphasis on continuing resources. Belinda also helps to provide patron support for electronic resource issues and communicates with library vendors regarding licensing, order placement and activation.

As a member of the Metadata Technologies & Design Unit of the Metadata Services Program, Lisa's primary responsibility is to analyze and improve the quality of the Libraries' metadata assets. She works with data in the Integrated Library System, Discovery System, and other related systems. Her role involves designing the best approach to address and resolve issues, applying specialized knowledge of metadata standards to ensure that new and existing data meets requirements, and determining priorities for addressing integrity issues in consultation with stakeholders. She is also the product owner for OCLC Connexion and provides support to about 50 library users.
