Circulation Services Unit

As manager of the Circulation Services Unit, Michele oversees library operations and services provided at four locations of the Hesburgh Libraries.

The Circulation Services Unit is responsible for circulating library material, assisting patrons with policy and procedural questions, and connecting patrons with appropriate library resources. This Unit serves the Notre Dame community, visiting researchers, and guests at any one of four service desks; Architecture, Business, Music and Hesburgh Circulation.

Kim is a member of the Circulation Services Unit of the Hesburgh Libraries.
With a strong focus on customer service and connecting people to knowledge, Kim serves as an embedded library staff member in the Mahaffey Business Library located in the Mendoza College of Business.

Kim interprets complex information and requests to connect faculty, staff, and students of the College of Business with appropriate library resources and services in support of their teaching and research endeavors.

Trudie is a member of the Circulation Services Unit of the Hesburgh Libraries.

With a strong focus on customer service and connecting people to knowledge, Trudie serves the campus community by supporting Interlibrary Loan borrowing activities, resolving patron billing issues and connecting faculty, staff, and students with library resources in support of their teaching and research endeavors.

Theron is a member of the Circulation Services Unit of Hesburgh Libraries.

With a strong focus on customer service and connecting people to knowledge, Theron provides research and library service support to the School of Architecture located in the Walsh Family Hall of Architecture. Theron interprets complex information and patron requests to connect faculty, staff, and students of the Notre Dame community with appropriate library resources and services in support of their teaching and research endeavors.
